Are Joy in Colours's crayons non-toxic?

Yes! All our crayons are made from high quality, non-toxic products that are Art and Creative Materials Institute’s (ACMI) APPROVED PRODUCT (AP) seal, which indicates these products meet or exceed specific quality standards.

How long will it take for my order to be expedited?

We are working as fast as we can to create your crayons! We currently have a 2 to 4 business days turnaround time for crayon’s creation. 

Delivery time will vary depending on your location (3 to 8 days).

We also offer free pick-up in Calgary (Riverbend).

Can I return my order?

For health and safety reasons and because most of our products are personalized and made to order, we do not accept returns (unless items are damaged or the wrong item was sent).

Where are the products made?

All our crayons are handmade in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we only offer shipping within Canada.
